The journey of Mama’s Halal Kitchen began in 2019, with the introduction of Mahnoor’s Pakistani Catering within the greater Charlotte area. Inspired to bring forth the best of our cuisine, our chef received training from the heart of Pakistani food; Punjab. Here, our chef was trained at one of Pakistan’s well known restaurants, Shahbaz Tikka. To further diversify the food palate of our consumers, our chef received further training throughout various provinces of the country such as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, cultivating a delicate balance of ethnic cuisines throughout the country. Where the sizzling, vibrant spices of Punjab simmer with the rich, heart-warming delicacies of the Pashtuns, Mama’s Halal Kitchen unites the unique flavors of Pakistan under one roof.
